The second-hardest thing to do in Mahattan

New York natives, recent arrivals, visitors and tourists all say the same thing – that finding an apartment on Manhattan is absolutely the hardest feat one can accomplish in New York, approaching this level of difficulty:

And typically resulting in a place like this:

These people are wrong. The hardest thing of all is finding good coffee.

Strangely, nobody has said that making a million here is difficult. Next to finding an apartment, it seems that making money is so trivially easy that it doesn’t even rate a mention.

Since we’ve now accomplished the second-hardest task, the rest will be a doddle!

    Congrats on achieving an abode…now for the million? Downunder allowed Gloria Jean and Starbucks to open is it time to fight back and open ‘Koala Coffee’ to the good people of New York? Anyone interested in an coffee adventure in the USA?
