Thanks for the napkins…

July 4, 2008 · 2 Comments

To the cafe, deli and dime-store owners of America:

Thank you for the napkins.

Six napkins should be about enough to get me through my breakfast; if I have an epileptic seizure in the middle of drinking my coffee, or develop a new rapid-onset form of Parkinson’s disease.

I mean, seven would be a bit excessive. But five – five? Are you kidding?

I’m not sure what I’ll do with all these napkins. I could make a papier-mache Eiffel tower, or maybe wallpaper the house. If I ever run out, I’ll just buy another donut to get an extra month’s supply.

So, thanks. And don’t worry, there’s plenty more where they came from.

LOL! So true. I’m a complete klutz and I still don’t use all the napkins!

I don’t eat out much, but when I do, I usually bring home the extra napkins or at least keep them in the car. It seems so wasteful to just throw them out. I’d rather them just keep the napkins for someone who needs really them, though.
